Emory University, Schwartz Center for the Arts

Built to bring together previously scattered departments for dance, theater and music programs at Emory University, the new Schwartz Center provides a place for interaction and connection among students of the performing arts.

The Emerson Concert Hall is at the center of the facility and houses a new Jaeckel organ. A dance performance studio, theatre lab space, and instrumental rehearsal hall flank the concert hall on three sides. The true heart of the facility is the back-of-house where students and faculty mingle.
