A new Media Production Center for Columbia College Chicago is in the initial planning stages.

The facility will the be first new building ever constructed by the College and will primarily serve its already impressive film & video department and its growing interactive arts program in the school of Media Arts. Two new screening rooms and a motion capture studio will provide needed facilities for production. New classrooms will give the College the space needed to carry out its current mission as well as expand its horizons.
