Built to bring together previously scattered departments for dance, theater and music programs at Emory University, the new Schwartz Center for the Performing Arts provides a place for interaction and connection among students of the performance arts.
The Emerson Concert Hall is at the center of the facility and houses a new Jaeckel organ. A Dance Performance Studio, Theatre Lab space, and Instrumental Rehearsal Hall flank the Hall on three sides. The true heart of the facility is the back-of-house where students and faculty mingle.
