University of Iowa, Theatre Building

During the flooding in 2008, the audio systems  in the 500-seat Mabie Theatre, the David Thayer black box theatre, Theatre B, and a sound studio of the Theatre Building at the University of Iowa were damaged. New sound systems, including an audio console, loudspeakers, playback equipment, and audio distribution, were designed and installed in each theatre. The sound studio received a new recording console and associated gear. A building-wide monitor and paging system was implemented to allow for paging throughout the building from any theatre or the main office.
